A week or so ago I was browsing through some blogs (as you do) and I came across this tutorial on how to make clingfilm paper on FaeryDi's Fibre Feats or "Fiascos". Ever one for something new I asked a couple of questions and decided to have a go. However, after trying it out this afternoon I'm not very happy with my first attempt. I used three layers of clingfilm, a very hot iron, organza and other synthetic fabric, wool roving and some fancy threads. Although some has fused I'm not sure how strong it would be to use, say in a postcard. Anyway at least I've attempted it and will definitely try again after some advice from the experts. Anyway see what you think!!

I think it's very pretty! Congrats on trying something new - it can only lead to another inspiration, even if you don't keep making more....
