I signed up for an on-line class entitled Journal Making for the Fibre Atist run by Sue Bleiwess. It started today and I have cut out my first journal. I'm quite excited about this as it is a new venture for me and Sue is a superb teacher. I am so looking forward to the next five weeks! I will post photographs of my progress.
Also, on Wednesday I am off to London for my one day Bernina class. I bought a Bernina 440QE nearly a year ago and almost forgot about the free one day class they offer when you buy one of their machines. Luckily I remembered just in time so something else to look forward to.
I haven't forgotten my quiltie, it has moved on a little and hopefully will be finished by the end of the week and then it will be off on its long journey to the other side of the world!!

It was lovely to see the fabrics and glitzy bits on Saturday 'in the flesh' so to speak. This is going to be an amazing 'quiltie' ladies, don't forget to post a picture for us poor mortals who aren't in the swap!!
